Returns & Exchanges Policy

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for any unused product within 14 days of purchase. The product must be in its original condition as received.

To return a product, please include a copy of the invoice and mention the reason for return on the invoice or email us at info@pearl-gems.com.

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

• The return process may take up to 7 working days after we receive the returned product.
